Illustrator - where do I get the files from?

I'm following the illustrator icon video but am wondering if I am meant to be following along as i don't know where to get the files the tutor is using.

Hello Aimee,

If you go to the right hand side of the page underneath the video there should be a link called project files. Not all videos have project files, it depends on which task you are completing.
