I'm getting a strange error. Am I missing a package import or is the imported package wrong?

I am converting a String to char[] using String.toCharArray() function and then iterating over the character array using enhanced for loop (for-each loop) to increment once for each matching tile. Do I need an import statement or is the error something else?
