I'm having some trouble with this code challenge,. can anyone help me out?

I don't see anything wrong with the code I've written, but maybe it just isn't what the challenge is looking for. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

ConferenceRegistrationAssistant.java
public class ConferenceRegistrationAssistant {

  public int getLineFor(String lastName) {
    int line;
    /* If the last name is between A thru M send them to line 1
       Otherwise send them to line 2 */
    char placement = lastName.indexOf(0);
    if (placement < 'm') {
     line = 1;
    }
    else {
     line = 2;
    }
    return line;
  }

}

I think you want charAt not indexOf

Hope it helps!
