6,263 PointsI'm looking for Treehouse-like training in "R" are there any plans to host that on Treehouse?
R is used for Data Science and statistics. It is open source like python and widely used in the Data Science/ Data Analysis world. It is required for a series of classes I am taking.

We don't currently have an R course. We r adding to our data courses in 2017 (excuse the pun :), however, and are looking into adding R to our curriculum.
We currently have several courses important for data analysts and scientists:
- The SQL Track
- Data Science Basics which introduces Python as a data analysis tool.
We are also working on an Introduction to Data Analysis course for the beginning of 2017, and will be expanding our data courses throughout the year.

6,263 PointsI am taking a Data Science series of classes and R is a prerequisite. I have loved the classes I've had on Treehouse -- the humor, the ability to work right along in the workspace, breaking it down into chewable chunks. I'd rather that than a dry text book.
And I agree with Todd below, more than just an introduction would be helpful!
