Courses Plus Student 179 PointsI'm trying to take a file that I downloaded from the "download" link provided and drop it into the workspace to upload.
Once I drop it in the darker space to upload nothing happens. It doesnt show up on the left hand side under index.html like the video shows that it should... any suggestions? Help!

First, just to check, the file is not a zipped file, right? You can't upload zipped files to workspaces. You would need to un-zip first.
If it is an un-zipped file, and the drag-and-drop doesn't work... you can try the direct upload from the > File > Upload File option in workspaces. Just navigate to the file and it should work.
If you continue to have problems, you will need to contact the Support Team, as the community is mostly students like ourselves. The Treehouse support team is much more qualified to handle technical problems you may encounter. :D
