Image Creation

During the Create a Wordpress Theme track there was several images that had screenshots of websites within computer screens, how was effect achieved? I will attach an image that I am trying to match. (http://oscaraguirredesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/smells-like-bakin-homepage-image.png)
