in video, at 2:28. do you mean to say line 13 "dispenser.load()" is calling to old method, rather than new load method?

This is debatable. The old method has been rewritten to make use of the new method. So technically it does call the new method via the older rewritten one. However, tutors do occasionally misspeak. Regardless, this doesn't create too much confusion here.
