I have looked over the library and courses here but can't find a specific one for info graphic design can someone please tell me if there is a specific course here that deals with this ?

A lot of the techniques discussed in Design Foundations, Illustrator Foundations & Logo Design will certainly help you develop the base skills needed.
After you have those fundamental design skills down there are several short courses available online that you might be interested in.
