Installing MySQL & Workbench with MAMP already installed.

So, I just completed the Installing MySQL Server and Workbench on OS X lesson and I got everything working fine. However, I stopped the server using Workbench and then went back to MAMP and restarted the MySQL server there (it was off during the installation process). When I did I got the following warning from MAMP.

Such a file could interfere with MySQL in MAMP. In case of problems remove /etc/my.cnf, /etc/mysql/my.cnf or ~/.my.cnf.

Should I do anything about this? Or is this ok?

Also, one other question. It now looks like I have 2 installs of MySQL running on my computer (MAMP version 5.5.29 & mysql@localhost version 5.6.12). Is this ok?

Thanks again
