IntelliJ won't let me unselect the "Create from template" option

I recently started really getting into JavaFX and I had used the template a lot. Earlier today I learnt how to create a JavaFX app without the template. I tried to create a project without the template and I couldn't even see the "Create from template" option.

When I go to create a new porject and I click on JavaFX from the sidebar, in the box below the ProjectSDK file selector, it shows me JavaFX Application and then a loading symbol on the rightmost side of the box. Then when I click on Next, it doesn't ask me to "Create from template" and just takes me straight to naming and creating the file.

I've checked online every where and I couldn't find a single solution.

I would really appreciate any solution towards this problem. It has been bugging for quite some time now.

Thank you so much!
