Is it possible to get a job as an iOS developer without a CS degree. If so, what would be some of the problems I ...face

If so what would be some of the problems I would face without one. Basically, what difference would a CS degree make?

Interesting question, and I'm sure you'll get some very different results. Yes, it's nice to have a CS degree. But if you are really good, I doubt you'll have too much trouble getting a job. What counts, especially in the longer run, is how good you are, and many firms are well aware of that. You may find, though, that at the beginning firms may be tempted to pay a bit less!
