Is there a course where we can learn how to get databases

I mean where we can get databases and work with them later with sql.Because I'm learning sql and the tables are already there.I want to know how to "put" information in a table.

You would want to use a insert Statement. It would look something like

insert into TableName(columnName1,columnName2) values(data1,data2);

this will probably work in the playground section, but you might want to look into installing postgres or some form of sql locally.
