The Plugins feature shown in this workshop has recently been phased out in favor of GPTs. They offer similar functionality but as an open-source and self-hosted solution.
Unfortunately we do not yet have content on how to use GPTs, I'll bring this up with the team to see if we can have this workshop replaced in the future 🙂
