isFullyCharged issue. Why isn't this code working?

public boolean isFullyCharged() { if (barCount = MAX_BARS) { return true; } else { return false; }

Should I incorporate the charged term instead?

    barCount = MAX_BARS;

    return false;

You have two issues:

1) You need a closing bracket for isBatteryEmpty()

2) You are using the assignment operator instead of a comparison operator here:

if (barCount = MAX_BARS)
