Ruby Rails Routes and Resources A Route to an Index Action Creating a View

I've created the index.html.erb file in the directory, but I'm still getting the ActionController::UnknownFormat error.

Everything has worked up to this point, but it's not displaying the header "Blog Pages" as it's supposed to. I've gone through the steps at least three times and restarted the server, but to no avail. Is it a version issue?

After a full reboot, it is responding as it's supposed to. I don't know if it was a logout/login that reset it, but everything else has worked right away.
