You're not setting the font-size of the ul with a class of contact-info. You're setting elements with a class of contact-info that are inside a ul.

/* take out the space between ul and .contact-info */
ul.contact-info{
  font-size: 0.9em;
  list-style: none;
  padding: 0;
  margin: 0;
}
/* or just take out the ul */
.contact-info{
  font-size: 0.9em;
  list-style: none;
  padding: 0;
  margin: 0;
}

Is the rest of the css being applied correctly?

Could you provide a bit more info?

Is it the ul itself that has the class or the li?

If it's the ul, try removing the 'space'

ul.contact-info {
