403 PointsJava Basics: Should I review or redo the whole course?
I just completed the "Java Basics" course line and start objects, but I don't feel as though I 100% remember or completely grasp everything from Basics. Should I go back through the whole course to see if I can complete all of it and review the parts I don't feel confident with or should I just continue forward and piece any bits I feel I don't get along the way?

231,269 PointsI often find that by pressing forward I eventually reach a "critical mass" of information where things begin to "click" into place. But individual learning styles vary, your prior experience should be a guide as to whether you can expect this might work for you.

403 PointsThank you for your insight. As someone who is very much a completionist, I just feel uneasy moving forward without feeling like I get everything to a T, but I know this is also potentially a logical fallacy and very inefficient for learning. I think this reassures me that I'll be fine moving forward and should be able to just clean up along the way. Thanks again!

231,269 PointsFYI: I'm a "completionist" as well. Employing this technique was awkward at first, but I've found it works pretty well for me in most cases.
