i have no idea what i am doing wrong can someone explain been stuck on this for a min

If the "answer" gets removed, or changed to a comment, you can delete this duplicate question. Click the little rectangle with the 3 dots to reveal the option to "Delete Question".

Bella Bradbury, if you delete this "answer" (and optionally make it a comment instead) then William will be able to delete the duplicate question. But the system won't allow a question that has an answer to be deleted.
