Language and SEO

Hey. So im working on my portfolio, and I also want to blog. The thing is that the main part of the webstie (work and about pages) are in English and the blog will be in my native language (Hebrew) for now. Later, I will translate the posts to english as well. I want to know if two different languages is something that going to effect the SEO of my website.

Of course it will affect your SEO. If you start promoting your blog in Hebrew and get SEO "points" and later translate it you would risk loosing it all.

The keywords, the content, description, url, titles... Everything will be affected.
