Learn Pixel Art?

I know it's the chances are slim that treehouse would put up a course just on pixel art, but I'm wondering if there's anywhere I could learn.

Any online courses (preferably free)?

I'm just very intrigued at it and as mainly a developer, I would learn some artistic skill in preparation of the creation of my own portfolio.

Hello, sometimes in these case scenarios, Googling the right keywords helps a bunch. There are a ton of places out there, but here are a couple from the results. tuts+ is a great resource I've been using for a while.
