Learning Java in a month possible?

This isn't necessarily a question that pertains to me having an issue with my coding but it is something I wish to know since most here have surpassed java and delved into more languages.

I want to use Treehouse to help supplement/help me get ahead in my programming classes in school. I want to at least achieve Inheritance/Polymorphism in a month or so. Do you guys believe this is possible?

Is it one of those "you get out what you put in" moments?

Again this is off topic in terms of what everyone here is asking but any input is really appreciated.

Hey Tan,

I would say yes and yes - it's definitely possible to learn enough to give you a jump start on your classes, including a basic understanding of polymorphism and inheritance, in a month, as long as you're willing to sink some time into it. A lot of learning anything worthwhile is based on what you put in. Make sure you practice what you learn - it makes new things sink in much better. Most importantly, try to relax and have fun doing it - it's so much easier to commit time and stick with something when you enjoy it. Anything you end up accomplishing will put you ahead, so go for it - happy coding!
