Link leads to wrong destination

Hi. I've noticed that when I click the Questions button, I get taken to the same video. Is there a reason for this please?

The questions link under the video's doesn't open a new page. All five of the options (Teachers Notes, Questions, Video Transcript, Downloads, and Workspaces) open within the page. The questions that show up are ones that were asked in regards to this video previously and allows you to ask your own all without having to leave the page and go to the forum.
