Logo Design With Photoshop

I learned Adobe Photoshop instead of Illustrator. Should I learn Illustrator to design logos or is Photoshop just as good if not better than Illustrator for designing logos.

You can design Logos in Photoshop - but think about the uses of logos. They may need to be on a large sign, or a small document, or on a responsive website. So the logo would need to be resized.

A professional designer will usually hand over a vector file, which can be resized to fit the needs of the client. Photoshop creates raster type images which become fuzzy and pixelated if enlarged. Illustrator will create vector graphics which can be enlarged, and still retain sharpness and clarity.

You're better off designing graphics in Illustrator.

Photoshop was designed for working with raster images, Illustrator was designed for creating vector images. You can design a logo using something like paint.net however Illustrator is tailor-made to the task.
