Looking for a mentor! Aspiring to enter into the tech sector with a government related App!

Trying to find a mentor and/or teammates to launch an app/company here in the U.S. I have a couple of different ideas. I am currently in school for business and am naturally more of a CEO than a CTO. Would love to have a mentor to coach me along the way. Was planning on applying to Y Combinator and pitching to investors in the Omaha, NE area. Let me know if you fit into the previous categories!
