Looking for backend partner for new startup

I am looking for a partner in a new venture. The site will be a mixture of Klout + Billboard for fashion. I look to develop the front end, but need a skilled partner to develop the backend. The site will be built on Bootstrap Framework and will use PHP, Python and APIs for the backend. The site will utilize an algorithm that will incorporate Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.

I was looking to hire a freelancer, and was actually in talks with one, but he seems to eager to get started and bypass the planning and detail, which leads me to believe their will be future errors. I had an iOS app developed a few years ago, that I believe we can scrap some of that code to utilize in the creation of the new website.

I know I have been rather vague in the details of the site, but I will explain and share more information with interested members. As I mentioned I am looking for a partner in this venture, and not looking to hire a freelancer. If you are interested please email me at marc_rush@swavie.com

I'm working with some back end developers for my websites and they don't like the idea of partnership. The just want to code and get paid fast. For your project, you have to find an entrepreneur with good web developer skills that loves to create new things and he will understand the planning.
