Loops and for each loops are really confusing, I struggled with the last task.

Where can I learn more to better understand the concept?

Is it loops in general, while, for, and foreach loops? General being, what is being accomplished in using them? Or just specific ones?

Note that in Javascript foreach loops the array name comes first, and the variable that will take on each array value comes second.

$names = array('Mike', 'Chris', 'Jane', 'Bob');
foreach($names as $name) {
  echo $name;
}
