Mail on your website

Hello,

I would like to have an email service on my own website for my emplyees. So that they could go to raccoonbox.com, click a Mail link and have themself logged to @raccoonbox.com mail and also link some of their own personal mails there too like gmail or yahoo. Do you have any suggestion where can I find a good solution to this? Mail and calendar cync is important. This is for small business'. I don't want to use Outlook.

Google Apps for Work is still an excellent option for email. It's too bad that it's no longer free for small businesses. You can set up a CNAME record like mail.raccoonbox.com and place it in your home page to login. Here are google's instructions on how to do that: https://support.google.com/a/answer/47283?hl=en

One alternative compromise is to set up forwarding-only email addresses at your domain host that forward to the personal email addresses of your employees e.g. @gmail.com. Where they can receive and send email from the official email address @raccoonbox.com. Here's instructions from your domain host: https://my.justhost.com/cgi/help/67

One option, if you like Google, is to use Google for Work: https://www.google.com/work/apps/business/products/gmail/

For $50 a year per user you get the customized domain email address, video and voice calls, online calendars, google docs etc under your customized name. You can forward the other email addresses to it.

There used to be a free version, but I think that they have discontinued it unless you can find another links for it...

Big thanks for help! This sorted alot.
