I put this new answer

var inputValue=document.getElementById('link').textContent;

But it doesn't work either.

You can only declare a variable once, which you've done on the first line for task 1.

For task 2, you will be using that variable on the right side of an assignment, to provide the value that you will assign to the "textContent" (not "value") of the other element. You won't need "let" again, since no new variable will be created.
