My BroadcastReceiver isn't receiving anything!

I have two projects: One for the receiver and one for the broadcaster

Here is the code for the receiver

SongReceiver.java

package com.teamtreehouse.customintenttester;

import android.content.Context;
import android.content.Intent;

public class SongReceiver extends BroadcastReceiver {

    @Override
    public void onReceive(Context context, Intent intent) {
