my html file and css file is not getting link. I am using mac os x. I am using text wrangler editor.

I have saved two files which is mycode.html and stylecode.css in one folder named "sonucode". I have saved this folder into Documents. i am using this : <link rel="stylsheet" type="text/css" href="stylecode.css">.

where i am doing wrong? its not getting link.

It sounds like it's set up correctly. But I'm wondering if maybe there might be a problem with capitalization? make sure that your CSS file is actually named stylecode.css and not Stylecode.CSS or any other variant. These are case sensitive.

You might also try refreshing your browser and possibly clearing the browser cache if it's still not working.

Thanks for your prompt reply. i was doing spelling mistake with "stylesheet". i was using "stylsheet".
