My instructions were to add a label above the radio group, I don't know what I'm doing wrong?

I put in the exact same code I used while following the video, how am I wrong?

Yes sir, you put the label and radio options inside of the select menu. As soon as you move the <label>Shirt Size</label> and its corresponding radio buttons outside of that select menu, you are good to go! Good luck.

The challenge should have stopped you at task 1. The instructions are:

After the select menu, create a radio button

This means after the closing select tag.
