My Solution

} else if (button.textContent === 'save') {   
      const input = li.firstElementChild;
      const span = document.createElement('span');
      span.textContent = input.value;
      li.insertBefore(span, input);
      li.removeChild(input);
      button.textContent = 'edit';
    }

I added an else if to the EventListener that created the edit button.

I don't normally solve these challenges on my own so I am very proud I did this haha
