My workspace keeps resetting and everything I typed disappears, weather using Internet Explorer or Chrome.

its getting VERY Frustrating. Im using Windows 10. if that matters.

Sorry, you are having difficulty with that. It should not matter what host operating system you are using.

In general, any files you SAVE in a workspace become persistent. But there are little things that can cause lost work.

  • prematurely closing the workspace
  • workspace "timing out" from inactivity
  • interruption of network connection (wireless is especially prone to this)
  • browser disconnection

When you restart the workspace, any files that were saved will be restored.
