Your processor must support virtualization in order to host a virtual machine, period. Your alternative is to use an Android Virtual Device (AVD), also known as an emulator. You can download AVDs for various API levels via Android Studio under Tools -> Android -> SDK Manager, and then configure them under Tools -> Android -> AVD Manager.

just save yourself a trouble and use genymotion(https://www.genymotion.com/) it's free and fast

genymotion is the one :P but mine bugged out not long ago won't run properly for some reason.

have u tried reinstall Oracle VM VirtualBox?

yes i tried uninstalling everything complete wipe and reinstall both parts all up to date as well, god knows what it's problem is but my general AVD from android studio is good enough as my computer is pretty good and has tons of RAM.
