MySQL Workbench Version

Can I use the updated version of MySQL Workbench? I downloaded and installed version 6.1.7.11819 build 1788 and inserted the command line on the terminal, but I couldn't proceed because I couldn't find the path in this new interface. What should I do now? Tanks!

I used the latest version to do that course, and it worked fine. I only found a few differences when following along.
