They want you to pass in the number of bytes in the request, which is the number of characters in the post body. They list the post body as: name=Sara&email=sara@tmail.com. You can count characters manually or with a tool like this.

This is something you won't have to do in real life, it's just an exercise to understand how things work under the hood in HTTP.
