need help on prompting in java

didnt really understand the video so need some help

Hi Mike,

You've got the first bit sorted just fine. So now we're into the do while loop.

This loop keeps going around until a certain condition is met. In this case, that condition is the user inputting "No" as their answer, which we store in response.

That looks like:

String response; 

do {
  response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
} while (response.equals("No"));

So here, we're declaring the response variable outside of the loop. Then we enter the loop which stores the user's input in the response variable. Next, the response is tested, if it is "No", the loop repeats. If not, well ... that's the next part of the challenge. :-)
