Need help with Genymotion

I have Windows 8, when I click Genymotion Device Manager and hit start it gives me an Error message saying "unable to start virtual device". I have downloaded virtual device yesterday. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Did you install the Oracle VM Virtual Box?

Couldn't get it to work. I've tried down loading 4.3.4 but that no longer exist, I've VirtualBox 4.3.18 don't know when it will work
