Need help with raise exception tasks

Need explanation on this code here:

def suggest(product_idea): return product_idea + "inator"

Why return is product_idea ? and also what does the + "inator" means? isn't this a TypeError ?

This isn't important to the challenge, but according to the instructions, this ia "a function that creates brand new product names". It does this by combining the string supplied as an argument with the suffix "inator". When used with strings, the "+" symbol is the concatenation operator.

So if you were to "suggest('spark')", it would return the string "sparkinator".
