No localhost is launched

When I build and run my application, it is giving me an error which says the application is not able to connect to localhost. The chrome does open, but I am not getting a 404 page. And the address bar doesn't show localhost: ..... How can I fix that?

I actually ran the page on internet Explorer and it work! No idea why it doesn't like Chrome though...

Try to clear the cache of Chrome, maybe that's the culprit.
