Courses Plus Student 1,756 PointsNot getting the "grandchildren" of the tag?
I am getting error "Was expecting 3 links not 1"
It seems I am not getting all the info needed. Like it's only getting the children of the tag not the grandchildren. If I used the tag 'li' it would return way too much info. How do I go about doing this?
let navigationLinks = document.getElementsByTagName('nav');
let galleryLinks;
let footerImages;
console.log(navigationLinks);

231,271 PointsYou could chain another function onto the one you have already to get the target elements that are inside the "nav".
Or you could use a different function that allows CSS-like selectors, and provide a descendant selector to it that names both the "nav" ancestor and the target elements.
But you wouldn't use the tag "li" in either case, those are list items. The instructions ask you to "select all links in the nav element...", and links are implemented with "a" tags.
