Note able to call Php function get_header and get_footer

Following the instructions given in video, I've copied jumbotron header part in header section and then to call header I've written PHP function.

Issues I'm facing in Text Editor Brackets :

  1. syntax suggestions doesn't come like it used to be in HTML and css
  2. written function seems right but doesn't work.

Here's the code :
