Ruby

Notepad ++ working with Powershell ISE

I like the simplicity of workspaces and currently I'm at Ruby Iterations. I would like to know how to install Ruby to my computer and use Notepad ++ as my editor and use PowerShell instead of CMD.

Could someone please help me with this? I have been stuck on googling it for hours it seems.

Appreciate the feedback.
