Java Java Objects (Retired) Harnessing the Power of Objects Helper Methods

Now create a helper method named isFullyCharged. It should return true if the GoKart is at max capacity.

Could someone help me with this? My code is attached below and I am unsure how to make it return true.

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty(){
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged(){
    return ;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_BARS;
  }
}

You want isFullyCharged() to return true when the condition mBarsCount == MAX_BARS is true.
