You need to relocate your tests for "quit".

If you want them to be immediately effective, the tests for "quit" should occur as the very next thing after the ReadLine function that loads in each specific answer. For example:

// ...
Console.WriteLine("Enter the second number or to exit type quit:"); // ask question
entryTwo = Console.ReadLine();      // get answer
if (entryTwo == "quit") { break; }  // check for "quit"
// repeat...
