I got confused by the title "ODOT". I assume it was meant to be an O with a dot :P
But, that's not design criticism :D

14,780 PointsI think that looks really good! I don't have any experience with making logos but, that would be a logo I'd expect from a professional company so, good job!
My only criticism would be that the o may look a bit like a d but, apart from that, it's fantastic!
