OOP language definition?

In an easy way, can I say that a language which can use .property or .method is a Object Oriented language?

like JS, python?

Object Oriented Programming is something very straight-forward in my opinion. Any language that allows you to a) create and b) interact with objects, is an OOP. Python and JS are 100%, as are some others, like Java f.e.
