Open source free program?

Hello everyone I am looking for a Open source free program like sketch or Photoshop to design website and framework. Do you guys know of any good one out there? or other good tool ?

:point_right: An excellent and free open-source substitute for Photoshop is Gimp.

It's amazingly powerful, but it implements some of the basic concepts a bit differently. This should not be an issue if you're not already very familiar with Photoshop.

A great free (there's a free version) drawing program is Sketchup. Though it is primarily used for 3-D modeling, it can also be used for 2-D applications such as website wireframing.
