Passing an Argument to a Function - Stuck on this challenge - Please help!

Here are the instructions: Now that you've created the returnValue function, call it, by passing it a literal string value -- a series of characters in quote marks like this: 'My argument'. Store the results of the function in a variable named echo.

My code is attached. It keeps giving me this error message: Bummer! Hmmm. It doesn't look like you're storing the returned value in the echo variable.

script.js
function returnValue(color) {
  var echo = color;
  return echo;
}
returnValue("blue");

Hello Mark,

In this exercise they didn't want you to change the function after the first part. They want you to call the function, and assign the return value to a variable. What they mean by that is this:

function returnValue(arg){
  return arg;
}

var echo = returnValue("Hello");

Based on the wording, I can see how that can be easily misunderstood.
