Pen tool on illustrator

Hi there, i have draw a image using pen tool but the lines are not perfect. Can someone show me how to make it perfect

To anyone just looking for the image: Picture

I don't exactly know what you're looking for, but the pen tool will not make straight lines if you drag the tool. You can also make it 'snap' to a generic angle such as 45°, 90°, 0° etc. by holding Shift and clicking in the desired location.
